Why did I create Miona’s Lecture Room with KCM Webinars & Lectures?
As a life-long learner, I really need to learn a lot of different things every day. As someone who needs to do sports, play music, eat chocolate or drink coffee, I need to learn new things. That’s my energizer.
I call myself Knowledge Crunching Miona (KCM). You ask yourself what’s Knowledge Crunching?
I wanted to check out myself if there’s such a thing as Knowledge Crunching. I came across a definition on the internet about KCM (Knowledge Crunching Machine), some kind of a high-performance processor that, coupled to another thing, provides a powerful and user-friendly environment catering for both development and execution …. Although, this is a definition for a certain processor, I completely relate to it.
Transposing this as a metaphor to my situation, knowledge crunching is coupled to my passion for learning, and my high speed and in-depth processing of certain topics, knowledge crunching is my playground.
I am a lecturer who crunches knowledge for you. I grasp the main notions of one topic and present it in a more digest version through webinars. I like to go deep into certain subjects. Every time I dive deep into one subject I feel such gratitude and excitement when I “get the whole picture” of what was, in the beginning, a very blurred vision of the topic.
Crunching all sorts of information that I find appealing, brings me authentic joy. I have a permanent interest and a predilection for certain subjects but I stay always open for news things that will “drag” me away to learn more about them too.
Miona’s Lecture Room KCM Webinars, for who is it for?
I am intensely dedicated to giving educators, parents, children, and adults tools and information that they can use to pursue their self-growth find out about their talents/gifts/strengths, and help others to do the same. My motto is: Help others by empowering them! Throughout the years, with all degrees, certifications, and the knowledge I acquired on the side with unending curiosity and thirst for knowledge that I have, I decided to share my knowledge through my KCM webinars.
You as participants of my KCM Webinars will be able to chat and exchange directly with me. You’ll also be able to download PDFs, rend and buy some of the webinars. I will also invite others with whom I will collaborate to give lectures to you.

Parenthood nowadays is often accompanied by pressure to perform and be the perfect parent. All parents experience this quest for perfection.
That pressure is even greater when we have a gifted/talented & double exceptional child (2e child) because these children come in “non-standard packaging” and parents want to measure up to this challenge that goes with a kid who is so “out of the box “.
The life of parents of gifted children, then, is not a calm and quiet river, but it’s more like a ride in some fun, water park, where they laugh and feel proud in one moment and stay breathless, speechless, overwhelmed with uncertainty and agony or even want to cry in another moment.
There’s no parenting manual to guide parents on this unpaved road, no signposts to help them make decisions.
Objectively speaking, and this is confirmed by research, the obligation of parents of gifted children to adequately deal with their child growing up is greater because of the much higher risk of negative consequences for the child’s socio-emotional development and the complexity of exploiting the child’s potential.
